Team Chemistry, how does it work?

Just in my 2nd year of Career Mode. The team chemistry of the team overall is really low, around 20-30. Is there any way to boost it up? I've been winning a lot of games but it doesn't help.

Renewing some contracts gives individual boosts of like 10 morale points. Is there other ways to deal with it?

Any help would be appreciated!!

Don't expect a huge boost in chemistry until you stay at your club for about 3+ years. It took me a long time to get my chemistry to 50. I was with Arsenal for 4 years and the highest I could get was about 60. You have to win tournaments and keep your core starters in. Don't mess with your line up a lot. I noticed also that you should keep your best players on the field and on your bench. Its all about consistency. The less changes you make, the higher the chance your chemistry will go up.

I rotate my team in order to have fresh and full of stamina players, and it really works in my chemistry, i'm my second year at Lincoln City my team chemestry is above 60.
Also you have to keep in mind that every player that you buy is gonna decrease your chemistry and also every retired man means a decrease in your chemistry

I'm in my first season, and I thought it would be the other way around...

my team chemistry is a low 30, so I've tried to rotate the lineup some...a few of my bench players have a morale of 6....thats pretty bad !!!
