Taking 100% of budget to new club

Is it true you can alter some of the game files to make it possible for you as a manager to take 100% of your current budget with your current club with you to your next club?? If so, HOW??!! Im getting sick and tired of this decreasing salary thing, i need money, and i need it now!!!!!!!!!

unfortunately you cant, because the decrease in budget is so that the contacts that were about to expire are about to be renewed
