no he rule is in place because SPONSORS did not like it. A player scores and removes his shirt, along with the sponsors logo.

I think its a dumb celebration anyways.

The reason why taking off shirts is banned is due to the messages on underneath the shirts plus against some religon, this is what iv heard but not sure if its true or not.

I mean figo could score then take off his shirt to reveal a "**** you deco" shirt.

I dont really like it, but players should be allowed to celebrate the goals as they wish (just dont get naked ffs..). I dont think it's nice when a player scores a goal and throw the shirt with anger at the ground, i mean, it's kinda disrespectful.

Plus they dont show the sponsors (because the goalscorer who is being filmed, isnt wearing the shirt) during the climax of football, which is the goal. And i'm sure they get pretty pissed off too.
