I'm playing

3-5-2

4 midfields and 1 def mid, no am's.

I need a new working tactic. I cant be arsed to try out, I especially need to give minutes to the midfield. Edu, Baraja, Abelda, Garcia, all of them need time. Recommend any signings, although budget is 0 now.

i ESPECIALLY need help with team instruction with the 3-5-2 tactic, one thing im bad at. I dont even know what crative freedom means.

Sneijder as a RM? Best play him as an AMC. You can play Angulo or Silva in that position.

I would personally look at a 4-2-2 diamond. Maybe a 4-2-3-1 if you are without Joaquin. I would also bring in an extra striker as well. As Morientes and Villa look like your only two regular players in that position.

If you get a retarded offer for Villa, something like 30-35m, then I would accept it and go splash the cash.

Creative freedom means your players are more likely to pull of tricks, moves and use all areas of the pitch to build up attacks. Think Ronaldinho and Barca for example. Low creative freedom means your players will stick to the principles and basics of the game. Its also best not use it with heavy pressing (and possibly quick tempo), as your players will never have the time and space to make it effective. I would certainly employ it with a team like Valencia.

Also try and plop through balls over the top for Villa. I certainly think you can get some nice flick ons from Moro onto him.

heres my 3-5-2 attached. Let me know how you get on with it. Try and get hold of Vanden Borre if you can as a WBR.

I'd advise:

GK: Canizares
RCB: Pique - probably your weakest CB as he's still young, i'd advise getting someone else - possibly Gonzalo Rodriguez or Michael Dawson
CB: Ayala
LCB: Marchena
RWB: Miguel (get Vanden Borre if you can)
LWB: Del Horno (possibly even try training Vicente to play there)
DM: Albelda
CM: Edu
CM: Garcia
AMC: Sneijder
ST: Villa

although with my formation it'd be a complete waste of Vicente and Joaquin, unless you trained them up to either play decently in the middle or as wing-backs.

I'm trying out the 3-5-2 daz posted, I'll continue it for a couple games. Although the 3-5-2 I had was working (lost to osasuna though). So yeah, any other tactics are welcome. Daz, You're right with the wingers though.

Yea, i don't know about those two, but i've retrained Aaron Lennon to make on hell of a wingback his pace is a huge asset on the right hand side. Tackling isn't too good but not a huge factor with the 3 CBs.

Can someone recomend me a GK. Canizares is getting pretty old, although he is still doing well, Mora, and Buttelle dont have a future.

Ustari if you can afford him (costs about 10 mill). Best goalie in the game, i'll get a screenie soon.

Oscar Ustari has got incredible technical ability. Something like 20 for reflxes and agility. Very poor physically but he gets better as he develops.

Keep in mind, that he is a non EU and in Spain you are only allowed 3 in your team.

Ustari is a great buy. I'd always stick to 4-4-2. 3-5-2 is very exploitable in my opinion, especially when facing human players.

Ben Foster is a rock in second season for me

Fernandez - if you get it right, a 3-5-2 is incredible difficult to play against.
