well, if you can't get a counter tactic, then you can always use the same tactic 
for 4-3-3, i'd probably try to pack the midfield, and gain the advantage there. 3-5-2, sitting back and counterattacking often works

Solid defensive tactics such as 4-2-1-2-1 work well.

4-4-2 is the usual tactic that beats 3-5-2... just be sure to have good wingers (put them as AML and AMR with runs into SC or down the flanks to FL and FR) with the instruction to cross.
4-3-3 is more tricky - you can try an arrowhead 4-2-3-1 but be sure that you put the two midfielders as DMC and that your wing-backs don't attack at all, or you'll get busted. As long as your AMC doesn't get marked by an opponent DMC, he'll be opening enough spaces to score.

I dont recommend 4-4-2 unless you are experienced with tactic designing as to work it requires precised team instructions, runs etc.

gheez i was just havin a little fun.
I like AEK cause even though they have had so many problems this year, they continue to have a strong team. but that could change this summer
. I also like Konstaninou but he hasnt been in form all of this year, but looks like he'll start next year cause when he plays, he dominatesÁļéאָ
