I`ll release them, but I`ll continue with them in february. This month I`ll releasew Borussia park first .

Hm It is not so easy. First of all you must have some knowledge with some 3d program and Photoshop and that is easyest part after that is hard part. I making stadiums for FIFA from 2005 or 2006 I dont remember. Eaven now I using some tools from 2005. Here some tools that you must to have for making stadiums for FIFA which I using:
Rhino 4
Blender 2.58
Photoshop
DDS Convertor
Stadium Builder(it is tool from 2005)
OFW 3
SW13
File Master
Some of regenerators for FIFA
Maybe I miss something.
Also there is tutorial in youtube for lightmaping in Blender made by Sido. There is a things with FIFA 13 which I still dont know. I want to make some tutorial, couse it`ll be good more people to make stadiums for FIFA, but I dont see sense, couse EA have made changes every year and thay make that people to quit with editing of FIFA. I`m sure that for FIFA 14 thay will have new format for stadiums(eaven now there is .rx3 stadium files which can`t be edited with SW13) and maybe ludo will quit too, with his great SW. I know that EA are make this changes for better quality, but why with limits for us, which are making things for free and like this more people will play thayr game. Take a look on how much new stadiums are made only for FIFA 10 and compare with how much are made for 11,12 and 13. But this is thayr busines.

Not yet, borussia park will be released by end of this month, Upton Park & Carrow Road next month I think (hope)?

Small info about instalation program for Borussia park. There will be three choices for instaling. 1 - with my base for Goodison park. You`ll have Goodison and Borussia park. 2 - with base which will include only Borussia park. 3 - only with files and no base changes, it will repleace some of FIFA 13 generic stadiums.
Also I decidet to make Borussia park with digitall adboards. Yesterday I`ve finished with blender and started with importing in .rx3 file(this will final importing). Here the progress with new digitall adboards:

I`ll see if I have time! More important now is to make some tools and if I can tutorials for stadiums in FIFA 13. Now I think that I found perfect stadium template for importing, and if Borussia park have good succes with this stadium container I`ll share it with some explanations.

I`ll start my thread for FIFA 13 stadiums after succesfuly imported to one of the. First three stadiums which I think to release for FIFA 13 are Borussia Park, Upton Park and Goodison Park
That will be possible thanks to Ludo and $ido. I`ll release them when thay are ready. I dont set a time for release, cous it`s not easy to be done.
1. And here the firs of them - Goodison Park:
Information:
This program will repleace Europa Stadium with Goodison Park in your FIFA 13. If you have not editet your FIFA 13 base choice to install Goodison for not edited FIFA 13, if you have edited your FIFA 13 base, choice to install Goodison for edited FIFA 13. After exiting of this installation program a new window will appear(FHL-BH-Editor). Click on "regenerate all BH-files(take care of extern files)" and waith until the process of regenaration of bh files is compleated. After regenaration is compleated choice data1 from the left menu and find this files:

data\ui\artassets\stadium\stadium_147_0.big
data\ui\artassets\stadium\stadium_147_1.big
data\ui\artassets\stadium\stadium_147_3.big
data\ui\artassets\stadium\stadium_147_4.big
