Super Fifa 11 Summer patch

This looks like an amazing patch and I really want to use it but I can't get it to work. I re-installed Fifa 11, d.l.'d the patch, sent to the data folder and regen'd. I got more game languages than b4 but uni's are the orig. fifa 11, no roster updates, and the promoted teams are not available in the manager mode.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Lavezzi's face is very bad... default FIFA11 face was more similiar to real lavezzi, this is damaged face... is it possible to get only the newest team squads? please, if you can so, send me a link.

but i have something to ask, the face only work for player who didnt have 'generic face' .. but if the player had 'generic face' in default, the faces is didnt work :(
for example, reto ziegler in default has generic face, the new faces didnt work for me, but if player like Torres, dani alves, messi, who didnt have generic face, the new face is working.. help me to solve this please :)
