Super cancel, why do we need it anyway

I really dont care about your rankings, I just wanna play a game without unecessary frustrations. People have a right to ask why cant things be a bit better. If you are happy with it well you have said so, so you are finished in this thread yes? Leave it to people who want to discuss how it could be improved.

I think minor improvements could be (not gameplay) linesman, That would be nice, also wind would be very interesting, 5 a side play could be cool, 'stadiums emptying out' cut scene when your winning by 3 goals or more, players and manager in the dugouts, less gay celebrations, infact the celebrations are crap altogether, FIFA had the best idea on the megadrive, pressing different keys did different stuff like flips, hand waving etc. AI could be improved a touch, 6* is just too easy. if any of this was implemented i would be very impressed.

but i think the inperfections are what make it unpredictable !
They are not unpredictable inperfections , they are Pre-Programmed ones ... to make the game/cpu teams harder to beat ... What it should be is better AI, that is what should make the game/cpu teams harder to beat ..
Not these built in bricks walls of , stopping our players mid run to allow the cpu team possession of the ball, the frozen players even though we have the control icon on them (add the split second it takes to push the 2 buttons for SC is enough for the cpu to get the ball or get to the ball first ). These stupid deflections , every time you run into a cpu player the ball with"break" 99.99% of the time in the direction of his team mate. its the same with the toe poke tackle, stick a foot in to knock the ball off the cpu players foot and the ball will travel xxx distance, this distance and angle is not down to ball physic v where is hit you or the cpu player , but where the nearest cpu player is standing.

God your such a nobhed, hes sayin you shouldn't have to press supercancel to have complete control of the player, which sort of makes sense, hes not sayin he can't use it or its a pointless button. And before your reply, i'll just say i dont give two ****s what rank you are or how many hours a day you waste ona game, grow up son.

There shouldn't be any necessity to use any supermegapowercancel to do what you will. Directional buttons should CANCEL any other ideas that AI might have on behalf of your controlled player. Simple as that.
I actually find it's usage too awkward for my liking because pushing two shift buttons while holding direction and pushing 2-3 different buttons to pass, shoot or wahtever is tiresome. I have to twist my fingers to reach both r1/r2 insted of just controlling player with arrows. Maybe it's my pc gamepad that is not too ergonomic, but the point still stands.

For the love of god. Please admins, give us an "ignore" button for wankers like this one.
Let me give an example of how the inconsistant scripting works against you. You defend corner then clear the ball which goes into that area toward the half way line where your forward breaking from the edge of your area is favourite to get it over the defender coming from beyond the halfway line. But no, even though you are pressing the sprint button, your forward is doing this jog toward the ball as if he is trying to defend and deny the attacker options. You have to use the supercancel button to release him from this crazyness.
However in another situation, the CPU plays a ball up to the forward who needs to now turn and beat my defender who I want to be jogging to the attacker to deny him options. But no, my defender belts at full speed to his computer controlled waypoint (making it easy for the attacker to turn or sidestep past him and take him out)when he is always 2nd best for the ball and I need to use supercancel (which is almost too late as the defender is where I dont want him to be).
Get rid of the dammed supercancel button option, and supercancel as soon as I play the controllers pace button or directional.
