Suggestion for FIFA

Why doesn't EA take an example from FIFA...no the game, but actual FIFA tournaments, more specifically the bigger two, Euro's and WC. Why doesn't EA release a game every two years, instead of every year. And each year for the most recent version released just release a patch updating rosters. The patch won't cost as much as a new game, maybe 1/3 of the price. This would give EA more time to develop the guts of the game, i.e. gameplay, finally making next gen for PC, etc. I think it would make the game more anticipated, and at the same time much more enjoyable, while at the same time not rushing the dev. team at EA to cut corners due to time constraints. I can't imagine EA haven't thrown this around in their discussions.

I just hope that Bill Gates would actually buy EA already so that Fifa would probably be hella lot better that it is right now and NBA Live would pose more decent competition of 2K.

2k10 is not that great right now, so full of bugs so I'm guessing LIVE is doing better, not sure though haven't played LIVE yet.
If Gates buys EA who knows what will come of EA, he might just invest everything into Xbox, which is his baby too, and forget about PC version.
