Successful training Schedules

Hey [HH] I need some help.I put Prop schedule for my team and have kept it there for like 4 months and nothing has changed what's going on.

hello this is the bad english corner ...what does dedicated means? and does it make any difference if the player have red arrow and it says in the comment that he is dedicated in training or he has red arrow and any other comment? is dedicated in training means a good thing or an alarm to change his regime?

i think Gareth and buxter have made a good breakthrough by telling us how to open the files for training and see the value of the exact effect of each training numerically... but im not going for there hacking training system just editing the whole file andget high values overulling the games' regulation make cm4 lose much of its lusture more and more- as if there are any left-
i think by knowing the values and study the attributes of ur team well u can just identify the field each player would need to be progressed at according to their position and then traing them like as -new numerically style- as u want with no editing but studying their requirmnets and the values each training regime is offering and make the balance
although we might not get all 5 starts for all players like editing
yet at least after a reasonable period of time we will get 5ives for the attributes we need without ruining the games' ethics

my shedule without cheating :) :) :)
I have green and red arrows and the stars go up and down but the important thing is that the stats go up. I used this the hole year for all the players even the youth but not the goalkeepers and the players improved their stats.My team playes on saterday most of the time so i dont know how they would react if your playing european matches.

Heh. It's Buxton, not Buxter.

I see where you are coming from, midseason the training period is ****ting on my players stamina. I am mixing 5 of my schedule a week with the one at OTB with added crosses and penalties. Working better now.

Hey Gareth and Buxton, any update on your regimes?

I see that the "rest" schedule has a fitness of 2 but the rest are on 0. So if I set the fitness to 10 does it mean the players will recover faster?

My defenders have big problems on stat of Positioning, do you have the same problems? And I try many kinds of training schedule, even if yours, but nothing happened. Most of stats of Positioning dropped at least 7 points, God. How to deal with it? Please help me. Thank you!
