Glad to see you back $teaua! i was really wonder when you'll be back. :) Man, i'm Steaua fan for about 20 years,and i saw a lot of players, but this guy is really talented.Amazing goal but what was really fabulous were the fans when the announcer said who scored the goal.

well he'd better start performing cause for his price tag he hasn't done sh1t.


what do you guys think about Toja leaving? he won't be missed imo, and his departure means that Ionescu and Bicfalvi will get more playing time, which is fine by me. Golanski on the other hand, if he goes and we don't get Ogararu then we're ****ed. I know Emeghara started playing again but it will take at least half a year until he's back to his best. anyway it's like having a new player.


also, there are rumors of Petre Marin going to Vaslui. we haven't got enough defenders yet we're thinking about selling some?

Stoichita also complained he hasn't enough players.In my opinion Emeghara needs at least 6 months to play regularly.Petre Marin can go anywhere, that guy broke the atmosphere many times in the lockroom, he has a very bad character.But i feel sory for Golanski and Toja.
Let's face it, Toja is way better than Bicfalvi, and Ionescu.Andrei Ionescu made few good games with Bergodi and that was all.
I want Ogararu back, and also a good central midfielder if it's possible.
With Plesan.......hmm...let's say "not too man chances to win the league:)

well if I knew for sure that Stoichita would start using him on the left, where he is supposed to play, then I wouldn't want him leaving for anything in the world. playing him in the center puts too much pressure on him, it cripples him. if we get 4m there's no way we won't let him go though.

Ogararu isn't coming anymore, he was offered a contract for only 6 months and he said no. Godwin Antwi is another player we're interested in, currently a free agent, an ex-Liverpool academy player who couldn't cut it, guess he could do well for us though. also, it was said that Sburlea will be coming in the summer, seems like that deal fell through too. also, Toja to Dynamo isn't happening anymore. Marius Constantin was another transfer target but El Ciobandante changed his mind it seems.

How did Emeghara do against Twente? I didn't get to see the match. It's such a shame that he had that injury because prior to it happening he was starting to become a regular for the Nigerian national team and with them making the World Cup it would of been great to see a Steaua player on that stage.

With Colombia, Romania and Poland all missing out, we're not gonna have anyone represented :(

Emeghara was OK with Twente.

Now to talk a bit about World Cup... It's funny how those young Ivorians from CFR (loaned to International) will probably make it there. They will probably be the only Liga 1 representatives to the World Cup. Oh, and probably Kuciak from Vaslui.

GSP said in today's newspaper that the CB Steaua wants to buy this winter is Samuel Neva form Apollon Limassol (not APOEL :D) in Cyprus. He is 28. Teams he played at: Laval, Le Havre, Grenoble, FC Bruxelles, Dender (only well known teams :D). I don't see him as the CB we need... I hope it's not true.

I didn't know him but i'm sure he is better than Ghionea!:) just kidding guys, Ghionea was very good for us in many times but after Goian's departure something broked there in the centre of defence, and i suppose he was too much addicted to Goe.We badly need a good CB if we want to win something this season.

that Samuel Neva guy looks pretty decent to be honest, and he constantly played wherever he has been, which is a good thing. better than signing no one anyway.

Josh Tudela? Seriously? I consider myself a pretty close follower of the MLS and I've never even heard of this guy. He's a Los Angeles Galaxy reject and we're bringing him in for training camp? I understand Toja, Toja was an all-star in the MLS and one of the best midfielders in the league but who in the world is Josh Tudela?????? He's an offensive midfielder to boot, because Ionescu was just soooo bad when he played this season. What a joke... yeah, let's invest in unknown foreigners and leave the promising Romanian youngsters on the bench or in the lower leagues.
