please reccomnd me a club to start with

i have also two questions

1. can someone please axplain me about traning .... (i mean how to make my players to develop beter)

2. the reserve and youth teams plays in their own leage or something? or they didnt play at all, because every time i enter to their page i don't see that their lineup ready for game...

Atletico Madrid. They have a very good and young squad and a stunning striker force with Torres and Aguero plus the expectations of the club aren't very high(around 10th place will save your ass) so there's room for improvement.

The reserve and youth teams are under control by your assistant manager. If you want him not to you should untick that in the options screen, but you would've alot of and espacially boring work to do.
