Starting Career mode in Premiership?

Is it possible to start a career mode already in the Premiership because playing through 3 - 4 seasons with a rubbish team is so boring, you don't even have players with a drop of skill and its very slow and boring.

Is there a cheat/code to get straight into the Premiership with a good team?

There's a way, use the search button. I think its fun to have a team lacking any skill though, and fighting your way to the top(for around 3 seasons, after that it gets boring)..

still search the forums, there are other methods that will get you to play in the Premier League sooner, but I don't think in the first year.
