i think you'll have to wait until your 3rd or 4th season, i've got Roma now in the year 2010, totti has just retired

Last time in career i got to play with Roma on my second term. Doesn't work now.

try either creating a load of half a star players and putting them on the Roma starting line up and you might be able to have them first season

You can have Roma on the 2nd Season only if you had an excellent fist season, if not you'll have to wait untill 3rd Season where you can have Roma, Inter, and sometimes even teams like Chelsea, Valencia or Juventus
