According to my research, 1997/98 and 1998/99 were the same. The only difference was the black square on the front of the 1997/98 kit and a slightly different order on the hoops.

I was reading that the 1997-98 shirt changed in January 1998 where the 1998-99 one began to be used. It was changed because the numbers and name of the player were not clearly visible to the referees

@TonyKroos I put the Milan kit from the 2009/10 season in FIFA 11, I think it looked good because the format of the kits is identical to that of FIFA 09 and 10 on console.
Ironically, FIFA 11 on the PC is the updated FIFA 10 on the console

Cuauh's season was 2001/02, I think.
