i repeat. tony created 13 kits for premier league 1996-97. for whole championship he needs to create also 7. Now it is up to him to decide whether he wants to finish or not.

yes i see your point
but in my opinion it is unnecessary to create kits for teams already completely present in the classic patch WITH kits
but as you said is it up to @TonyKroos

This is also up to him. But even in that case 4 teams are missing. In my opinion It's a pity if he will not finish the "job" when he had already done 70%...
I wanted to say this. So, he knows better what he wants.

Usually, I wouldn't bother creating kits for an already existing team, stepping on someone´s work, unless it is too old and needs an update; otherwise, that would be rude. On the other hand, and if what chesfunk says is correct, if I created the kits for 13 teams, I think I can take a breath from it.

guys go slow or avoid making requests on behalf of the patch. TonyKroos rightly works for fun and personal passion and I wouldn't want him to feel pressure and annoyance telling him what to do about the patch. Whatever he does is always welcome! You know how I feel about requests. Avoid making them thinking about the patch. Avoid making locusts as soon as someone creates something classic. It's never a good thing.
