The collar it's added automatically by the game if you correctly choose while adding the kit with Creation Master.

By the way, can you create if you have time tottenham's kits from the 2006-2007 season,as monaco,schalke 04,bayer leverkusen,ajax,feyenord,borussia dortmund,atletico madrid,athletic Bilbao?
