Stadiums In Unreal Engine ?

Stadium making is all about combining 3d objects it could be (3ds, collada, obj) and doing mesh paiting and these bla bla bla things then export. I dont think the program u use to model is a major issue to ask, if unreal engine is exporting a 3d model as a 3ds for example then sure it can make a stadium,,

No matter where you do it, blender, rhino, maya, 3dmax, unreal, or unity, at the end you should pass them to blender to export it to rx3
