I strongly believe that nobody is entitled or allowed to gain credits only by posting wishful projects and photos, because this would be really unfair to all the guys who create their gaming patches (and especially Stadium patches, that is your category).

Due to this reason, I had recently a detailed and more carefull look at SoccerGaming threads in FIFA'13 FORUM -with 32 pages in your thread- and I saw a lot of promises regarding Stadium patches on your behalf, but no release!

According also to your profile, your location seems to be Gelsenkirchen (盖尔森基兴).

Since you are so capable in stadium photos, I was even wondering if you are Deutsch (German) indeed or just an immigrant who lives in Germany...

Sido NEVER releases any of his work - I strongly advise other people to take their stadium requests elsewhere. You will only find empty promises and false hope here.

Sorry pal, but then u´re blind, I´d release an patch for sky bug of added stadium together with Ariel, helped other modders, released videos ect only this year.
And u know almost the most people in SG needed help and this had been eating a lot of my limited time there I´ve.
Also u´d got a beta version of the stadium to test ect.
I´d told u why it´s was not possible to release the stadium ´cause FIFA was not enable to showing all parts ect.
But u can just complain and forget what´s happens.

However, you must respect that people get even more annoyed when Sido makes endless promises and posts screenshots without ever releasing his work.

I put so much of my own time into helping Sido with his Upton Park for FIFA 12 but he never released it, despite saying time and time again that he would. It's therefore very annoying to see him come back and start doing the same thing.

People need to realise that he is just wasting their time.

I´d never gave out a release date for the stadium, just for the Upton Park (this was a mistake by me).
However pal, true is u´d helped me with pictures and informations but nothing more.

It's not that Sido doesn't release Upton Park. How many stadiums has he released for download at all? Do you know the reason why he only releases screenshots?

In the past I´d released a lot of stadiums, in the last years a lot of usefully things like the stadium converting pack, tools, fixes and patches, also I´d helped a lot of people ´cause there don´t understands how to convert stadium.
Also I´d release a lot of videos, about converting ect.

And how am I spamming? Is there some kind of rule that I cannot request a stadium like everyone else? BFL TEAM kindly agreed to work on Upton Park and I always provide pictures of the stadium and other information to assist him. I don't just ask for the stadium, I do my best to help too.

U´d fight behind the back of other users and talk ´cause the Upton Park was in work but never release by BFL (FIFA06)

At the end of the day I do not want to argue with anyone - Sido just needs to back up his work by actually releasing it. People want more than just screenshots.

it is ready when there is an download button... He waits for some textures (new advertising) at the moment, but mexican traveller have to do some work for his study now...so the work goes slowly forward.

This is true, but the time haves changed and it´s not all save what u do, if u´ve anyone who talk or know what u do and he talks about this to the wrong person u can get, a lot of trouble for example in the FIFA-Manager community they had a lot of trouble ´cause just a few logos and minifaces.
They must payed over 2000€ just using a logo of a German Team.

I read very carefully and I don`t get it. If we are doing something for free, without to earn money for that, why someone will search something from us? I`ll name my Upton park(for example) when is ready to Rupton park, the stadium is not 100% replication of the original stadium, also I`ll change some small things in boards with brands(alpari will be allpari, adidas will be adibas etc.). Than what thay will want from me?
This is for this case, not connected to any of the stadiummakers, couse I have big respect to all of them!

We're not upset with Sido making fairly useful tools for the community; he has received plaudits and thanks for that from everyone here.

It's just that we fail to see the point of him releasing screens of stadiums if he never intends to release them; or as you guys are saying, he is legally forbidden from releasing stadiums. If Sido is just a tool-maker to revolutionize stadium-making in FIFA then he should just do that. He shouldn't post screens of stadiums that he will never (be able to) release.

If he is legally constrained to not produce individual stadiums/trophies/faces; and all of this is due to licensing/patent issues in Germany, he shouldn't be building anything nor offering to help with individual stadiums/trophies/faces.

Whether this is because you don't want to or can't release stadiums because of legal issues in Germany; we still don't know. I'd like to give you the benefit of the doubt lean moreso to the latter and have some understanding for your situation with patents and marks in Germany.

But you have to understand that with all your wonderful tools and videos, it is frustrating for you to release screens for stadiums but never any download links. Tools for stadiums are different thing than stadiums themselves, which people really want to play in. Also, this means one important thing. If you're unable to release stadiums due to German patent laws, you should state this in your thread. That way it will be much more understanding from forum members for your situation.

What's even worse is that people are upset that you're not releasing stadiums/faces/trophies and then you feel that no-one appreciates anything that you do. That's not true; your tools/tutorials are really important to the community and there are somethings that others wouldn't be able to do. As far as I know, there is not cases of stadium editors that were fined for publishing its creations. Come on, noone is earning money with this.
It has no sense.
They already forgot that clubs are made by the people, members and fans.

Well I´d never said that I´ll not release my stadiums or something else in this direction, Poli and me had just make it clear that´s could gave problems ´cause all eye are always open nothing more.
About the FIFA13 case!
I´d told the hole community that I´ve not much free time to finishing the stadiums ´cause this I´d release the pre-release versions of the Upton Park for FIFA12 and FIFA13, of course I´m enable/will I release the stadium, but u and me knows people cry if u can´t hit a deadline as well ´cuz this I´d not give a release date out for the projects and don´t giving answers to this kind of questions.
Why do u think was I so quite in last time, with releasing screens of the upcoming Stadium, not only the questions,requests ect. it´s a nightmare for all modders around the world if u read just complains and ur work will not get the right attestation (in this case people read just complains and don´t see the important things like informations). This season I´d not planed to show my work on SG ´cuz this case, but I thought the people would understand me a bit and know that I´ve not much time, but working on the stadiums to get them ready for release.
However it´s very sad to read such a lot of posts with some really of topic posts, this destroy the community and make the work senseless (some days).
The car..... case is a other case I can remember me he´s asking since many years for this stadium 2008 the community got a version of this stadium, at this time he was always complain about BFL he was the bad guy form him, now he changed his mind and I´m now the bad guy sorry (meaningful, nope this make absolutely no sense for me?!?).
I´ve no problem with him or other user/members/friends or someone else, but this fu.cks up to read only complains or usefully post like "download link", "when it´s done" or what ever (the last part of the of this sentence was ironic (only for the guys there can´t understand this)).
However back to topic, I´m glad to see if I can help people with there projects for example I´d created a lot of crowds for the stadiums for some guys, baking the ligthmaps ect. this is really nice to see I was enable to help and showing people how it´s work.
And as u see a lot of folks thanks me for this kind of support.
They know that´s takes time and there happy u can see it how often there write it here on over there releases.
There tow totally different worlds as u see on one side people love the support,help abroad releases ect ect, but hate me on the other side ´cause I´ve not the time to release a part of my work, the best example is my facebookpage I´ve got over 245 likes as a modder and this is a really huge number for a person in the FIFA Community.
I guess the most of the members understanding why it´s takes time to release, stadium for the public. I can fully understand ur point u see a good crated stadium and wanted to play in it on the other hand sometimes does a lot of people forget or just don´t know how much time u must spent to create a good huge project.
Why we´d talk today about the legal problems, was in the past we´d seen a lot of site was closed down ´cause this case and people get in trouble, ´cuz this we´re careful with release and post like this, u never know who read this and what´s can happen. At last I hope the people can now understand it better why it´s takes time to release things. Here a list of how much work is behind a stadium,
1.) Researching Pictures
2.) Modelling the first parts
3.) Creating Textures
4.) Applying textures to the model
5.) Fixing,Rendering Images ect.
6.) Preparing the stadium for the first converting stage
7.) Converting
8.) Testing
9.) Reading post to see if u do something false or if anyone haves a question to the stadium ect ect
10.) Releasing
11.) Support,update and make the next one
This can take months to make a stadium from zero to the final version.
If u see how long it´s take to record a video tutorial this take not much so long time, but u need to record, cut, rendering, uploading, reading comments this takes sometimes over 12 hours work just for a 20min video and this is very long if u have only 1 by 3 hours per day for private work.
When u see the people like ur work and understanding u a bit, then u´re happy but some days like today u think just "What The Hell!!!" is wrong with the people, well I don´t mean all people with this just a few people they can only post million times the same fu.cking comments this is fu.cking deadly for the motivation to continue the work for the community. This not only bad for the modders it´s also bad for the people there just enjoy the work of the modders and play games.
At last ´cause this I´d a long time not post my stuff here, then just on Facebook.

Well to the of topic talk, I guess it´s not the right place to talk about this.
But I think my example and the case with Kim Schmitz (kim dotcom) and gehot (PS3 Jailbreak ), was good to know what´s can happen, when a company or government decide to catch a person by the law.

@$ido, hey bud, can i ask about kim dotcom? Never herd of him so i had a quick google,seems its a rather unrealistic comparison to use. Unless we've all started insider trading, fraud , embezzlement. Well he´s was the founder and provider of Megaupload and git a lot of trouble ´cuz his website provides a lot of pirated music,films (some a long time before there was released in the cinemas),games,Software ect.
Well as in Germany a Streaming website was calmed down ´cause a similar case the music-industry, artist, Movie Companies ect and a few people (old "friends/partners") gave the FBI a tip and they catch him ´cause he´d make a lot of money with this.
Well in Germany he had also a few problems ´cause Hacking, Insider Trades.
This is just a short version of the Kim Schmitz case.
None can say if this can also happen with the modders but we all should be a bit carefully with the handling of gamemodding ´cause there some case who Football clubs, and companies had to bring an action against so.

I bet is not going to happen. It is like music piracy, only 5% (exaggerating) of people who download mp3 from Internet it is fined for doing that.
As far as I know, there is not cases of stadium editors that were fined for publishing its creations. Come on, noone is earning money with this.
It has no sense.
They already forgot that clubs are made by the people, members and fans.
And the passion hasnt got price. Please, tell them to get out from here with their business.

And so if u think football is just the matches then u´re on the false way, football is after Entertainment (Music,Software,Hollywood ect) and Wall-street one of the strongest markets for Companies right now.
The clubs makes not only money with Player trades, merchandising or so they get also a lot of money form there sponsors and there very interested in to protect there brands and get a piece of each cake who there thinking there can make money.
This is not a question of if u make money with this, it´s a question what they think and what can happen.

Modders in general are people who use spare time to do modifications on games and share their work with others. To the best of my knowledge, there is no one here on SG who does this as a job. The more technical and difficult the modding, suggests the more time it takes to do and the more responsible in other areas that person doing the modding may be.

I have been modding for close to 10 years - because it was fun and I could do it. Getting a million requests (exaggerated, but you get my point) does not make that easier. In fact, it makes it a lot less fun for me to do - and there's is very little point in doing something you don't enjoy if you are not paid for it. That is the life of an adult.

$ido has done a lot for the Fifa Modding community over the years. I love new stuff in the game as much as the next guy, but I know how time-consuming something as simple as a boot can be to make - I can only imagine a stadium, in comparison. If Sido says there are issues releasing a particular item, just wait. If it cannot be released, just move on.

Life is too short for all the bickering, and I am not inclined to tolerate any more of it. Going forward, there will be no more crap-throwing in this or any other thread I visit or people will be banned. No more insults to and from, or people will be banned. Requests go in the appropriate request thread or... you get my point. Now stop behaving like spoiled little children and let us continue to work together in the best way to enjoy this game while remembering, it is only a game.

This is the true spirit of modding be happy with the stuff there u can get if u don´t like none is worry if u don´t download the stuff, only if people complain,cry and flame ´cause there can´t get enough (This is an problem which we got over the last year, ´cause a lot of old modders leaved us for ever (no there not dead) and a lot of new mebers came and a lot of them are young and see just the magic but never try to do it by there own).
The last part of ur post should all understanding but not all can it ´cause there don´t know the background as u, other old members and me.
