I adjusted the dressing. I beleive it's ok now. You can test and report. Added digital adboards as well.

My friend, some pointsto report:
Ekaterinburg Arena (at least the FC Ural version) has white fan banners on the lower tier for the away crowd.
You can see it in your screenshot:
And is the evidence from my game as well:
I guess if it was by design and you wanted to decrease the presense of the away fans, you'd just delete the lower banners row all together. So maybe an omission?
Also, Otkritie Arena (at least the Spartak version) has the press/VIP seats shine super bright even though they are kind of in the roof shadow.
Not entirely sure if it's a baking thing or a dressing only thing, but maybe when (if) you get to fix the grey squares issue you could give this a touch too:
Here they are compared to the more realistic looking red panels right beside them:
Another thing, while not a deal breaker - the NPCs like police and photographers don't cast any shadows:
Sort of a similar thing is happening at Gazprom Arena - the Gazprom signs are shining snow white, despite being in shadows:
Might be a thing to brush up when (if) Saint Petersburg stadium gets a retouch, maybe with those giant ВИРАЖ and НАШЕ ИМЯ ЗЕНИТ САНКТ-ПЕТЕРБУРГ banners with the font I've found.
Last minor thingy is some policemen standing inside the stairs with the WC version:

The rubber cover is easy to fix, but the tournament dressing of Spartak is a mistery to me. I'll have to try few ideas.
Zenit's Gazprom arena is also questionable what is causing this. The bad thing is that these stadiums are taking damn long to export and unless I know the exact reason is pain in the arse to make updates of them.

As far as Spartak brightness goes, did you check it using Stadium Server (with ID 158 I presume)? Or within HBZ patch (where I imported it) with ID 378? Maybe it's a rendering patch issue or something.
Would be interesting to see what it looks like for other people.

I know you're busy and these are not your issues but since we are speaking of stadium bugs I thought since you're THE fiffa 14 stadiums god maybe one day you could take a look at these two bugs we have on otherwise decent and needed stadiums, maybe it would be a matter of a couple clicks and copy paste for you, maybe not, but for what it's worth:

The WC version is ok. But didn't check, I just guess because there I don't change the material banner name.
I saw it. It is still there from the benches side of the roof. It needs I little bit more pull back.
Open the rx3 container (it's in the tournament folder) and import that image. I use rx3 master.

I think there is a Generali Arena version in Classic Patch 14. You could try that. I have the files but i don`t remember the ID of that stadium in the patch. If that version doesn't work, i think there is a problem with your PC. I upgrade my PC cause i had the same problem like yours, but now all stadiums works fine.

It is a bit bad that the stadium may or may not work depending on the hardware configuration.
PS. I play on my laptop, sorry, I have no way to upgrade it.
