Here is another Qatar World Cup stadium. Converted from World Stadiums PES 6 version. Crowd by @humbertoaze. Mate, you have to tell me how did you paint the seats this way? It's crazy!
The stadium contains the following features:
- fully dedicated stadium dressing
- host stadium adboard (English and Arabic versions)
- country flags of match participant teams
- WC corner flags

Its easy mate! I use the chairs made by World PES6 Stadium guys to make the crowd, its fast and perfect. Then its just select the faces on the textures and paint faces. All credits to WPES6 guys.

Same way you do it. I use Circle select and follow the seats pattern. Well maybe it depends how complex is the seats pattern. By my memories it took me some time, maybe 20 minutes, just don't remember what was the stadium.

Try with another ID. I think the problem is in the ambient texture. I think I know what part is causing this, but it needs to be split and re-baked again. Have no time currently for this. Apparently this appears only if you set a DB entry for this stadium with it's own ID, because when I use Stadium server I don't have this bug.

I believe it was said that it was not going to be made, but it would be nice to convert the final version of the lusail stadium for the 2020´s addon (it would definitely work as a specific version).
