Concerning the problems of shadows I would have to look at your container file

There are some diffuse textures used only by one part, which is a waste, and there are some diffuse textures used by lots, and they are not needed. So I relink via hex-editing some parts that use the second diffuse texture to the first one.

I sent you the container via PM.

I used festadium for OAKA, but I used the container of St. James Park for Karaiskaki, which has the same problems as this one. I sent the container to you again via PM.

try that:
Open (with notepad++ for ex.) glare_***_*.lnx file (Game/data/sceneassets/fx/) , rename the second line
" <particleEffect name="glares_*_0">" in <particleEffect name="glares_"here the new ID"_0">. Save and... play

apply shadows on the people of the crowd:
SW12:
file : open crowd file 2012
tools : move crowd
crowd tab, shadows tab, select points, move cursor like you want and save...

I found the error. It is the texture ambient of part 208 "Pich_with_sidelineGrass" which is not in accordance. The transparency does not exist! if I import a good texture (Dxt5) all is fine. If you want, I can draw you a texture correct.

-B2f ("B2f file / particular import" Some files are created with Blender B2F from file type *. Obj. This addition takes into account the inversion of X, Y & Z. (think uncheck invert Z).)

* This make it easier too import new parts to FIFA12 Stadiums ;)
* This tool make it easier for too create crowds with different layers and parts, so can you create your crowds part for part and put it together ;)

Important information
If you wanted to import .3ds parts please remember you must sometimes import tow time ´cause FIFA12 uses mesh orientation for there parts you can only see a few parts of your stadium or so.
