That's MUCH easier than converting the actual ingame model. The only foreseeable problem i can detail is the transition between the stadium picture and the black collumns where the player names go.

base texture is the main textures & the light map is the covmap files.

You also need pitch .rx3 "textures" and crowdplacement .dat files too.

The tool will be enable to work with .o files, in the future Ludo will be include the function for other 3d Programs like Rhino,ojb, 3ds and so on.

So this seems like we can ONLY do the following conversion:

.o to .rx3 files.

There is no chance of converting older .rx3's from FIFA 10/11/WC 2010?

So for example if I want Stadio Delle Alpi, I have to convert the old one from FIFA 10 PC (.o/.fsh) and not just the stadium files already in the similar .rx3 format from Fifa 11? Doesn't make a whole lot of sense....

For the moment yes, but ludo is working on this and he do a very good job.
For the other stadiums I still do research and discover any new stuff, news an screens soon.

for the moment yes, but you can use your old files (fifa10) directly for FIFA12 Stadium converts

True,It would be cool to collect them all in one big stadium patch like the one for fifa 09 with over 150 stadiums

in fifa 10 had over 200 friend of all leagues

Before installing FIFA12 I packed up my whole FIFA10 folder in 2 DVDs. I've got more than 200 stadiums there, most of all I converted from FIFA09.

If it may be helpful to speed up the conversion process I can find the way to give them to you.

Btw. one thing about adboard animations in stadiums, check out the BC Place Stadium
of Whitecaps ingame, it has animated adboards in the top stands, so somehow it will
be possible to add realistic animated adboards with flash or gif, dunno.
