Stadium builder would be nice....

Hmmmm... i just thought of something.. (probably many others have before me but anyway...)
one thing that would be really cool in fifa 2004 would be an easy to use stadium builder. it shouldnt have to be that hard to do.
something like we have seen in managergames, and in non-football there are plenty of 3d tools for editing ur own structures.. like in the mane game tony hawk 3...
thats my opionen anyway.
what do u think 'bout it?
should we have a stadium-builder tool?

why do u think that would be so hard to put in 2004 version?
i mean, afterall they have got half a year 'til release and they are a big team of proffesional programmers i think we should be able to ask more from them. not just the ability to head the ball......
