I prefer Mourinho. Especially after watching the CL final yesterday, Porto may not play a very attractive football, but it's the results that matter, and Porto won a double this season and a treble last season.
Mourinho is not guaranteed success though, he might even flop at a better league but i think we have a higher shot at winning anything with Mourinho than O'neill. But i guess we all know Mourinho is going to end up at Chelsea.

Portuguese Super Cup Thriller! 
So far in the SuperLiga I'm tied for first with my beloved Beira-Mar. Beira-Mar lead on goal-differentials. I held Sporting to a 2-2 draw away, which isn't bad at all since they won the league twice in a row now.
I've slipped to third in the league (Behind Beira-Mar and Benfica), but it's all open, and right now third place gets me a CL Spot for next season. I got to the UEFA Cup 2nd round, lost to Feyenoord 1-0 in my home leg, but I think I have enough to win away because I dominated the game.
