Some questions from a rookie who's just got CM4

Hi u all CM fans and experts. I've just got the game and I need some help from u guys, I'd really appriciate it if you'd give me some answers.

First: General questions:

1- What's the version number I'm supposed to see at the starting screen of the game?

2- I've played the demo and I know that were a good number of bugs in the game. I want to know if there are any patches released by SI to fix those bugs? and if so, where can I download them from?

Second: In-game questions:

1- In the training screen, some players who'r supposed to be with the senior squad (first team) are training with the reserve squad (reserve team). I don't know why is that happening? Is that a bug? and how can I change a player's training system?

2- During the match, can I speed up the match while I'm watching on the "full match" mode?

3- Where from can I download some killer tactics?

Go to your reserve team and put him in the first team.

2- During the match, can I speed up the match while I'm watching on the "full match" mode?

No.

3- Where from can I download some killer tactics?

I just have a comment on my problem with the training screen. I've already done what u told me but nothing happens. I'm playing with Man Utd, I've added May to the senior squad but he's still training with the reserve team. I don't know what to do.

In the training screen: drag the "first team" icon from the right on to the "reserve team" one next to him.

More than that.

Pretty-addicted has my tactics too, but that temporarily dissapeared because Andreas moved.

Tyler at Under Pressure was not very good at communication, so I left working there without even contributing, although, I do visit his forums now and then.

The Gaffer asked me to work with them about two weeks back, Gio and I have a long relationship dating back over a year roughly now. I have not replied yet which is a wee bit arrogant, so I should get back to him.

CM Fever broke down when the webmaster sacked me because of my religion.

The Dugout I doubt I would ever work for. They probably have a few of my tactics because Andy and I talk on MSN and exchange stuff.

SI games. Ho ho ho. Where do I start? I'll have to wear a gas mask if I was to work for them so I don't contract any bugs.

Project CM an CM Euphoria I would only get a mouthful of gobby pre-adolescant children on MSN because how the updates have corrupted their save games.

CM star was good. It's voted one of the best sites constantly because it produces amazing articles.

I have been talking to Mark at CM Gamer lately. He wanted me to do columns. I'm not sure if Columns is my thing. My columns would be more suited to CM Limitz because I criticise (As most the mods know). I like highlighting good points and bad points. Like when promoting SG, I strongly advise people to stay within the MZ and CM forum unless you wanna hang out with the kiddies.

CM tactics is run by Buxton. We've had our ups and downs in the past (We had a multi-page argument on the tactics forum at the dugout over West Ham v Newcastle) and WWW, well, he's WWW. Plus they have DC, there is no end to his knowledge. He's like a super HH if you want.

OTB I have been asked to work for many times before. Only recently I have accepted. I still have no idea what I am doing. I am keeping my options open though for sure.

I know too many people. By tha I mean webmasters. So if I need to promote anything, just ask them nicely and they will. So if we ever do get the locker room up, we should be looking around thousands of hits a day. It's good for promoting work for sure though.

Morale of the story. Aim high to succeed.

Looking at the tactics from CM4

I noticed Warchilds and your 442HH - England tactic is very similar infact they look the same (have wingers go forward for a little run) whats the difference?

352v2 is mine too.

I had a tactic that I released only briefly called 442England, however, I changed it to 442HH. I am not sure if that is what you are talking about though.

O.K. guys, I have some more questions.

1- How can I recall a player from loan at the start of the game?. There is an excellent player at Man Utd called Bojan somthing (I think he was pretty good in cm01/20 as well) and I want to recall his from loan. How can I do that?

2- I've downloaded and installed the enhancement packs. But when I entered the game the start screen still displayed version 4.0.1, so I quit the game and installed the EPs again but this time I got a message that I can't install them because the data in the game are the same as in the EPs. But still the version number is 4.0.1. How can I check if the EPs have been properly installed?

Wildchilds tactic looks exactly like your 442HH is almost identical Im just wondering whats the difference if their is one?

Never even heard of wildchild. I have not downloaded any CM4 tactics.

As for my 442 looking like it, in what way? The overview screen? If so, the overview screen, like in all previous versions of CM means Carlos shit. It's the player, team and set piece instructions which make a tactic.

I recently made a 4-5-1 tactic.I used it with Q.P.R and Parma , I beat Roma 4-0,Lazio 5-0,and drew 4-4 with Juve in turin.With Q.P.R , I beat Cardiff 6-0 and Crewe 4-0 i was narrowly beaten by Man U 2-1 but even that is a great achievement for me

Hey guys, can anyone give me some answers please

And I have yet another question, why does the dots (players) take so much time to play throw-ins, corners and free kicks. I like the full match mode but I just get so bored when the ball goes out for a corner or a throw-in as the players take so much time to perform them. Isn't there anyway to speed that up?
