Some points I like:
Supporters' views represented at board level
-About time

Future Premier League contracts to include limited number of games to be broadcast by free-to-air channels
-woo-hoo. I was wondering why they couldn't have 3 licenses. Gold for the broadcaster that gets first dibs on say 2 or 3 games. Silver - free-to-air broadcaster that gets to pick 1 or 2 others. Bronze - pay-per-view option on 1 of the remaining fixtures

Decisive England qualifying matches to become Listed Events
-why not Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland as well. Granted they're not on sky yet, but just in case...

The norm for a majority of a club's home league fixtures to kick off at 3pm on a Saturday
-yes. We (United) play way too many EPL games at 12:30pm on a Saturday. There's no consideration for match going fans there.

hope they also do something about the radio broadcasting rights over the internet... coz that might be the one thing that is pissing me off the most at the moment.

That one of the ways you guys make tons of cash, in terms of appearance fees and whatnot as well as those international broadcasters who carry live games at primetime in their countries.

The "Immediate introduction of the `Fit & Proper Person' test for club directors" i think is a good idea but should be primarily for PLC's, you cant just decide that someone whose family has pumped a lot of money into a club shouldnt have a say in the financial mgt of a club cos he doesnt have a doctorate or something.

Yes the system in place now is incredible worthless. I have to play money to listen to Newcastle games but stupid mackems can listen to games free. Or you have to pay to listen to Leeds games but there is a radio station in Leeds that broadcasts all the games for free leagally. It is weak.
