playing in the brilliant north american region, full of world superpowers such as guatemala and jamaica, with as many world cup representatives as south america gets REALLY makes for a difficult qualifying path

Hey, we didn't choose who else would be in our confederation, or the route we'd have to take to make it to the World Cup. We've just taken the path put in front of us, and qualified for the Cup three straight times.
Now, Australia essentially has only had to win a two-leg playoff to qualify for the World Cup, yet they've managed to fuc
k that up more often than not. And, overcoming footballing giants like American Samoa and Fiji to get there must have been difficult as hell. Don't knock our competition when yours is even worse. Now, I'm sure you'll say that you still had a more difficult route to qualify for the Cup, because you had to play a South American team in a play-off. Well, last I checked, Mexico was one of the seeded teams for the upcoming WC draw, and our two matches with them have been crucial in deciding our qualifying campaign. So, essentially our campaigns have both involved playing a bunch of crap teams, and two games against a good team. Now, come back and talk to me when Australia has played in five straight World Cups, made the knockout round twice, and been a handball call away from possibly playing in the semi-finals. In other words, probably never.
With the exception of Rob, all you Aussie fans seem like men with small penises, trying to compensate for the fact that your team sucks, by defending it like crazy. I wasn't going to say anything degrading Australia's team, until you all started whining like little bitches when The Bruce said something that is true and it stung. He never said Australia was bad, just one of the weakest teams in the Cup. That's true. Now, go take some Midol and quit crying so much.
