Nope, he had the opportunity to do some good things but ultimately was submerged in the stupid Lewinski scandal. As much as i don't agree with what happened to him, he should have had the political nous to relaise how ****ed up the american media is and how desperate the Republicans were to discredit him. Ultimately he screwed up. He knew what the parameters were, and he crossed them. I am not saying the parameters are fair, but he should have just focused on the job at hand (no pun intended :D ) and not do anything stupid. But he did, and it came crumbling down.

He really screwed himself when he did that. The biggest problem wasn't the scandal, but the lying. He lied under oath which is a federal offense. That is why he was impeached and almost kicked out of office.

I don't care what Clinton does in his private life. The thing with Monica Lewinisky was a problem that should have been resolved between him and his wife. However, lying under oath is what really screwed him.

All of them? More than 400 families is quite a few, and I am certain not all of them agree with the way their loved ones perished...

Anyway, as far as US presidents go, I can only remember Reagan, Bush 1, Clinton, and Bush 2. Quite frankly, I have issues with the way all of them have dealt with international affairs.

Not all of them, but he has met with quite a few.

I was responding to someone else's post who said that "Bush tries to make himself look important." It has nothing to do with his trip to London.
