Smoother gameplay on WinXP (may help)

If anyone experienced video sluttering when playing fifa 2003 on win XP, please try the following:

open the soccer.ini
after VSNYC_MODE = 0
add this line (in capital letter):

RENDER_EVERY_AI_FRAME = 1

you will get a smoother screen scroll rate!!!

By the way, I've tried fifa 2003 on win 98 also. The performance is a bit better than winXP.
