Slow gamespeed option??? for PC

I have the game for the PSP and love it - but the small screen gives me a headache- and the psp game doesn't have an option to change the gamespeed

so I downloaded the demo for my laptop and thought it was too fast --- again no option to change the gamespeed

Bottonline is there an option to make the gamespeed slow on the PC--like in fifa 06
