Looks good but you must work with better color match in your faces texture, because a lot of your faces ingame have different colors than the rest of the body skin color.

Simo, unfortunately I have not any good pics of Juan Manuel, but I'll look on the internet ...
The texture you did is perfect, I think the only problem would be the shape of the face...
