i am wondering why no one start a thread about Simon Davies.


he's doing great this season and he scores a few goals for tottenham and wales.


i love see him playing because his skill has improved a lot this season.......greatest player of wales after giggs

Yeah!! He score a few goals, but in Tottenham, there is a lot of stars, like Keane, Redknapp, Poyet etc and in the national side, there r Giggs, Savage, Bellamy, Hartson etc........

So, he is underseeing by a lot of people!!

Simon Davies is a great player and in Wales, they're all hailing him.

He scored his first ever international goal against Croatia in a friendly, and it was a wonder goal, as he beat several defenders before cooly finishing.

He then scored the second of the Welsh 2-0 win at Finland, and this time he outfoxed Antti Niemi to score.

Then came his masterpiece against Italy. At a tight angle, he drilled his shot past the most expensive goalkeeper in the world Gianluigi Buffon to give Wales an early lead.

And of course he also scored some impressive goals for his club, most notably last weekend's strike against Bolton (volley in off the post) and against Charlton (fierce near post finish).

He was definitely George Graham's most useful signing for Tottenham although he didnt look like it when he first bought Simon Davies from Peterbrough.

Matthew Etherington, who came with Davies from Peterbrough, also doesnt look all that bad when he plays down that Tottenham left.
