Silly: How do you score from a penalty kick?

The keepers are simply super at saving penalty kicks!! Whenever I try to hit anywhere other than the center, I say the keeper can save the shot 80-90% of the time. And I'm using 90+ shooter against some lowerly keeper only. I've tried to use power as close to the "red" as possible but the keeper simply CAN guess right.

Is there some trick to score a PK, or is that just a defection in FIFA05? Cause in real life it should be around 1 PK miss in 3~5 shots. It will be just silly if I can just score by hitting center low soft all the time!

press the controller one way then press the other way to shoot, it will help increase your chances.

just make a low shot.....either aim left or right.....

I score about 80% if my penalties. Usually when I miss I hit with little power hence its my fault.

just play with the stick when you press the shot button.

Low drive to left, center or right, usually scores. If you kick the ball in the air, it will be saved, it have to be along the ground.

Weird I find the opposite....if I hit it low the GK always saves it...If I Carlos it into one of the top corners it usually goes in?

yeah, you should just give a low shot. sometimes, although keeper go to right way, he cant save low ball......

get the power meter to red, but not far, just a bit. even if the keeper guesses right he'll have a hard time saving that thing

my best strategy because this rarely occurs in my games cause iv been fouled all the time in the box but nothing happens, is to go straight in the middle, the goalie always thinks that its going to the opposite side and there you go, easy goal...
