Shuttering on full-screen mode

Hello lads!

I have a problem with my FIFA 16. During playing on full-screen mode I'm suffering from shuttering, but on window mode it works perfectly.

My config:
AMD Ryzen 5 2600X
16GB RAM DDR4
GTX 1080 by Gainward

What can I do/

You could try playing with a border less app to see if stuttering are present.
