1. Extracted setup from rar file

2. Ran setup

3. set installation directory to where cm0304 is installed (in my case its K:Program Files/Eidos/CM0304

4. Ran pregame editor and loaded cm0304 database

5. Searched for "soccergaming"

6. No luck

It hasn't installed indeed. Did you get any errors while installing? Which link did you use to the file?

no errors whilst installing and i used the link in the sub-forum

Well.. the first time I installed the patch the stadium wasn't installed (I got a blank space when playing at home - bad installer?), but if you run the installer a few (2 or 3) times it should be ok and it'll be properly installed. I guess it's the same with the team itself and the players

i've installed it several times!

could be that some files are write protected, check that. Try Vb6 runtime thingy too. might do the trick...

all the database files are not set at "read only"

and whats this about vb6?
