Hi guys,

Help needed here. For some reasons I couldn't use mod like CM13, Revolution mod manager 13 etc. What I want to achieve is to assign specific faces to players, and I am able to do use by using revolution mod.

the problem is, by using revolution mod, faces must be in rx3 while alot of faces that I downloaded are in png.

I know we could use RX3 Master to convert, but my import image function is disabled. I couldn't open texture editor, and as mentioned, I can't open CM13 too. Are there any other software that I could convert all the faces in PNG to RX3? Please help, thanks!

Absolutely love Shifty*nim's faces, too bad that most of them are in PNG, hopefully I can convert them and enjoy in the game!
