Shenmue/Shenmue II??

Anyone ever played these games?? They are the best games i have every played, infact Shenmue II was the only reason why i got Xbox. If somehow Shenmue III makes it to the Xbox 360 than i will buy Xbox 360 just for that games but i dont really know if it will come out or not.

So what is your opinions about these games and maybe Shenmue 3 if they make it ( I can only hope:( )

It was a great series but it looks like Ryo will not be avenging his father's death. The rights to the Shenmue series belongs to Sega and Yu Suzuki the creator is now with his new development team Digital Rex.

It also didn't do to good in Japan.

:( The first game coast a ****load of money too if im not mistaken, it was the most expensive game to make right??

It cost 70 million to make both games.

Remember when you had to ride the Motorcycle with Nozomi thru the tow. that is a classic gaming moment or me. The story deserves an ending.

I played 1 and 2 I F*CKING LOVED IT IMO. I'am still waiting for part 3 to be made :(

Shenmue and Shenmue II are classic games. I have both on dreamcast and still not really sure on the whole story as both are Japanese versions.

Shame they never sold what they should of. Deserved to do better than it did.

Shenmue I is one of my all time favorite games. I played some parts of the second game in my friend's xbox but he sold the game :nape:

I really love these kind of games where u got a lot of freedom. Very Zelda-like (N64 and following versions).

man in the end of shenmue 2 is when it's getting better and better the story.


I wish 3 can come out any time soon :/
