I can help you with that buddy, the name of the game was "Shaq Fu" and it was a fighting game. It was rated as the second worst game of all time (first place is Bebes Kid for snes)

B) Shaq has fun with everything he does. Have you ever heard the guy say something "serious," that wasn't totally outrageous? He's a character. Terrible rapper, yes; Fool, partially, but he's having fun.
