Bobby scored the only goal for USA in the World Cup in the 1-1 draw with Croatia (their group also had Italy and Cote D'Ivoire, and USA finished last...) John Smith got injured in Australia's opening match against Iran (in a group that also had Portugal and Argentina)...
The World Cup winners were Spain, who beat France 2-1 in the final... Holland beat Germany in the penalties for the 3rd place...

Also, a new signing has arrived at the Forum... after the chairman told me he wanted a big name signing, I wanted Fowler, but he wouldn't come to be benched... so I went after another footballing great... ladies and gentlemen, I present you... Gazza!

Hope was on the squad but did not play, as for you the first two games you subbed in and didnt do anything. The game vs Argentina you played and scored in the 2-2 draw. Canada went on to the second round where Italy knocked them out.

To be fair, it wasen't all your fault.

Ryan Garry took down the last man 4 minutes in, and got sent off, and they scored on that freekick, you had no chance to save it, hit too well.

Neo got thrown in, and he was unfit so was off the pace. Plus the fullbacks couldn't tackle hard with their early bookings.

I got Fabrice Fernandes and John Smith for free...my plan was to sell Fernandes because he has really good stats but noone wanted him. So he can just be a sub i guess. Hoping to win the league one with the same team as last year. I also signed in a couple of staff members.

you start off as a youth. But in my game I've given you a few senior games lately to ease the fatigue of the starters. You're a decent player but a bit slow in my game (pace 10 acceleration 8).
