Ok, these are the guidelines I picked my side on.

Strikers will get the most points followed be Midfielders and Goalies.
Defenders will get the least, but doesn't hurt to have one good one.

Dont you guys bother reading the site ... :p

Basically your subs are there as backup, in order, 1,2,3 (you get to pick the order in "my team". if one member of your starting lineup doesnt play that week it will auto sub in the first choice sub (if he played).

I'll post up my team in a minute...
