How about player instructions though. They are all default. I am sure you would want your wing backs to do overlapping runs because you play with diamond 4-4-2 with no wingers. There are other stuffs like free roam etc.

Not sure if these make a difference but they are very easy to change.

It seems that he used the FIFA 14 squad creator/team builder (which is the better term i do not know). Since 2015 team of the year is not out yet. But yeah like Fili said blue is the TOTY card, which is why his stats are so good. But that's the Ultimate Team stuff and has literally nothing to do with the normal Fifa.

Well. Not really, if a player gets an inform card or whatever on UT, especially those TOTY cards. It won't affect the normal player stats outside of UT. Yeah EA updates players' ratings in minimalistic ways, or positions for example once in a while, but that's about it. :P
