And no, I'm not intolerant of homosexuals nor suspicious of them - but that's sort of the way I grew up).
No I'm not trying to justify discrimination against homosexuals, but I'm pondering why there's discrimination against homosexuals in the first place.
But yeah man, full respect to you for telling the truth. Since you've posted here for a while, it would be interesting to see if people begun to act differently toward you after this, as though you were suddenly a different person.
::shinji:: said:I got no issues with anyone based on race/religion/sexuality, but I have to admit I find it very annoying when people walk on eggshells around Gays and others etc....basically anyone that could possibly accuse them of being predjudice. It's unfortunate because society preaches equality, yet at the same time creates a witch-hunt environment that encourages these (often unfair) accusations of homophobia and racism..
Yup....my gay friend was whinning about bi's the other day....saying that their all in denial, scum of gay society etc etc. Seemed really wierd coming from himsportgaming said:i have actually experienced a hell of a lot more discrimnation from the gay world than I have from the straight, a lot of gay guys see being bi as being in denial of true feelings
manutd4eva said:I personally find the act utterly disgusting, I'll never be able to view a homosexual in the same light as I might do a straight person. I can't have regular conversations with them or anything, because deep down inside of me, there's a little devil that's just screaming "knock him the f*ck out". Alot might say it's because I'm not comfortable about my sexuality, but It's just actually my culture, and morals.
I'm not saying there aren't any homosexuals here, but of course its the vast minority. It's the same as 98% percent of Jamaicans don't indulge in oral or anal sex with a woman, that's just as disgusting, and morally wrong.
I just wasn't cultured to accept this way of life, alot of you have.
sportgaming, you're brave, you say that sh*t publicly here and you will more than likely be mobbed and beaten by a gang led by me.

being so close to Spain, which is among the most gay friendly countries in the world

Actually, this is "ultima ratio", in my opinion. I just can't imagine it: communicate with somebody, then find out that this man is a gay and stop communicating, forget all connections with him only because of his sexual orientation! What if your friendship lasted for years? It's a lot of time! Could someone act like that? I definetly couldn't.sportgaming said:What I would say is that I would hope that the fact that I have been posting here for since 1998 would stop people from abusing me now that they find out I am not straight, as i am still the same person who they have been happilly communicating with for the past 7 years
