Settling Problems

Hi,

I'm getting really f*cked up with all the players on my team that are having settling problems...

First it was Anthony Vanden Borre, he didn't adapt to Portugal at the begining, i put him playing quite usually and he was very good, nothing changed so he wanted to leave by the Bosman law or something...

Now that he leaves, i bought some players, Leonardo Pisculischi(Argentina), Jose Manuel Jurado(Spain) and Horacio Peralta(Uruguai), they are all having settling problems, Leonardo Pisc. is playing very well, but it's walways requesting to go for the transfers list, same with Jurado...

Peralta was bought like for 3 games ago, and his already missing trainings...

This is really annoying,

Is there any chance to solve the problem, maybe more time will solve it? I think they had the necessary time to settle defenitely,

Any help would be apreciated.

i bought tevez in my 1st season. he found it hard to adapt and wanted to leave the club. he even requested a transfer. BUT he was raping. he was the top goalscorer in serie A and i think he won a few serie A awards but he was still 'finding it hard to adjust to the italian lifestyle'

i woulda thought a player who is finding it ahrd to adapt would not be playing to his full potential? i think SI need to sort this out a player should only start playing well/consistently when he's completey settled.

just sell those players man there are always better and cheaper players out there, keep looking

If they are playing well keep them they settle in eventually in most cases

I agree. I find heeploads of talents in Scotland, and they come at an unbelievable prices.

yep i raid all the clubs in the SPL so i take all of the smaller teams talents

Well, i don't feel like selling them,

I'll just wait till the end of the season, then if they still not settled i will sell them,

If they are playing, and the team is not in a bad league position, they will settle after ~1 year, depending on the player. I got Barros and Crespo for 5 and 2 mil, and the were unhappy coz i was 8th in league till midseason and they wanted to be transfer listed and had lost faith in me. Well if get something like that will ur players, just sell them, coz u aint gonna be able to sign a new contract with them

Vanden Borre wont settle in england for me, but hes not leaving. lol

Maxim had that for me too in CM 03/04 that is...But he kept performing. See if their performance get infected by the settling problems or not? If not keep them, If yes sell them for the highest price possible.

Well, i'm in 2005, they all have contracts until 2010, if they don't settle i'll sell them, otherwise they will leave by the Bosman law and that would be bad

Van Den Borre ALWAYS settles in Arsenal cuz it's his favourite team.
I barely play him in the first team and I'm almost done my second season and he never complained.
