Someone still yet to come up with that idea. I thought of that as well. It would be interesting. Dont know why were paying £30 pound per copy and those guys cant use their brains. I'm sure their living large and were aiding there lifestyle while they feed us mediocre crap. :boohoo:

The control 1 player option would be alot of fun.
Don't understand why they haven't made a game completely like this either, but you can do the "fix" mode in PES. Too bad your defenders are nutters, your attackers are idiots and everyone on the CPU plays like Ronaldinho compared to your players.

Yup, thanks. I did know, but the problem isn't with me :fool: it's my cpu teammates who would rather dribble around in the box or give the ball away than take a shot or beat their marker

I wish we could also edit kits for teams that come up with the right ones. Kinda silly to play 5 seasons in the same god damn kit...

you can.
with kitserver, you can change your kits as often as you want, whether that's a lincensed team or unlicensed.

Oh yes. Classic styling to the graphics. Hopefully the gameplay will be up to scratch with the excellent arcade style gameplay of the original.

The SWOS Career mode was untouchable, you could start in any league in the world, in any country, including 3rd division's. And you could buy and sell players in real money (pounds etc) and play the european cup, fa cup and league cup JUST LIKE REAL FOOTBALL. Why cant the same system be applied to the master league.

[correct me if im wrong] In master league you have 3 leagues, with pretty much random teams from around the world and a division below so that relegation is a possibility, i dont have a clue whats going on with the transfer system, its complicated to say the least, but its so unrealistic i cant bring myself to play through.

SWOS had it perfect, you play a season, if you do well ur chairman praises you, if you do bad, you get sacked and have to seek a manager job elsewhere, obviously the gameplay has come a long way but why do we have the crappy master league, when it shud be all leagues being played simultaneously with an european cup for the teams that finish 1st and 2nd in each league.

Is there a way to make the Master league like this as i havent pld ML extensivly?

It's probably something to do with the amount of teams Konami can put in the game, which is caused by the liences problems

Just hope this changes for PES6 because i'm a big fan of Master League.

There is champs league and UEFA cup in ML. And there are 3 other leagues, and a 2nd div. league being played simultaneously. Qualifications for the Champs league and UEFA cup is similar to real life. There is even a FA cup sorta thing going on.

You probably didnt know about the UEFA cup and Champs league because you didnt finish one season. And if you dont come in 1-4 in the league you dont get into the Champs league.

Oh...RTFM. The 'help screens' in-game are pretty helpful too.

Why can't they have 20 teams in a league and an option whether you want the relegation/promotion or not. This way you could play the default fantasy league but you could also play the ML with real leagues. Or they could just add a transfer system + Uefa competitions in the league mode and I wouldn't even touch the ML.

The ML could use a touch up but I'm happy as it is now, still way better than Fifa career set up... good enough for me. Be nice to see them have a different ML format though in the next gen.

The PES5 ML is a carbon copy of pro evo 4's, its a bit irritating that Konami couldnt be arsed to improve it further this year..................

You can choose what teams you want to participate in the 4 leagues, once you have collected enough points to enable this option in the PES shop.

i liked ml very much as it has some management stuf... but i expected a better ml this year..which has not happened..... why can't they have a 2-divisions 20 teams league!!!! this doesn't require any license if i am not wrong and ml shud has same format as all typical league!!!! why can't konami do this??? 20 teams per division...(at least 20 teams for each major league country(England,France,etc..)..... wefa same format as cl....wefa master cup same format as uefa cup.. y? y? can't they do that?? just change some line of codes!!!! instead of 16 teams put 20!!!!

Yeah, that's what I was saying. And since there's the second division you'd still get foreign teams playing in your league after few seasons, even if you choose the 16 1. division teams from one league. It's 8 teams in 2. division so 4 foreign teams no matter what.
