Rooting for Portugal in this one; not only for the country and for Scolari, but because I don´t like Dutch style of game.
hopefully we will have a good ref for this game....... as u know most home teams get some sort of advantage no matter where u are..home always has advantage..
although I don't want holland to be screwed by the refs coz they are playing the home team.... if they did... it's just the trend these days.... no use in complaining... refs are only human..and bad judgements are bound to occur...
or home might play a role... maybe the ref would want to go shopping around town after the game.... just a thought

was just a slight ankle strain, all indications are that he'll be ready for wednesday. I wouldn't be too surprised if he's benched regardless though in favour of Pauleta (I hope not though..)

Should be a good game, would make a good final too but I think Portugal will win.

Holland wont accept being constantly attacked so hopefully from a neutral point of view it's a end to end encounter with attacking and free flowing football

I'm thrilled that my country plays hosts Portugal in the semi's. I'm hoping that both countries will put on an even greater show than the Czech Republic - Holland one. I still have a few doubts about our midfield, it looks a bit unbalanced with Seedorf attacking, Davids cleaning up his dirty work, and Cocu behind them to support the defence. Though that might just be the way to stop Deco from getting into the game. I hope Advocaat will finally drop Van der Meyde and play Overmars, even though he can't handle 90mins. When Overmars' done just bring in Makaay or move Robben to the right and play Van der Vaart/Zenden on the left wing. The players have tomorrow off and then on monday they will get ready for the Portugal game. Let's see what happens after that... If we lose I hope the Czechs win it, if we win, well then uhm I hope we win it

.I've backed Portugal from the very beginning, in fact I tipped them to win Euro2004 but living in Holland it's going to be very hard to support Portugal in that match, especially since I'm going to be watching the match in a bar or out in the open air on a big screen with hundreds of Holland fans.
If the game, the atmosphere and the intensity is anywhere near as awesome as the Holland vs Sweden match I'm really looking forward to it. Even though I'm not dutch I could not help to be really excited, my heart was beating like mad, so intense.

Yeah that's what I wanted to add as well. I think some of the guys will want to take revenge because of what happened at that night in Portugal in the WC02 qualifier. 2-0 Up and drawing in the end.
