losts of different ways my friend, my way - On CM01/02, press Prt Scr. Then go to Paint or MS Paint. Paste the image into there, then edit it how you want.

Then save it with an apprpriate name as a JPEG of GIF (I prefer JPEG's). Then when you press 'post reply' on SG, you should see something at the bottom that says attach and then browse. Get it?
