nope he's definitley in CM 01/02, maybe you have to have maximum database selected?

BTW he plays for OFI in Greece

Sorry mate, looks like you'll have to start a new game if you want to get him but before you do click on game settings and do this.

Don't worry if you don't want to start a new game, there are plenty of good players on the other dataases but maximum has the most
