Hello everyone , well i have an idea .... sorta like Swish's old site ......althought i only have the idea about doing the one countries (unofficial national team) what do you think , i should continue Swish's idea with all the countries ??? or just concentrate on Scotland ?? .... whats everyones thought and if you wanna help , tell me , i'll sort something out if we get a good response , here.

And don't worry i won't be making the design as poor and basic as my club site , lol

I was thinking of the same, but England for me, obviously. ;)

Sweden have one, look at the link on my site...

Maybe we could do ones for our countries? It might help get the ball rolling on national teams, if people get involved and it becomes a success, it could show Crew how much we all want national sides.

BTW, Swish used the SC rating from Jyre's excel file, also now on g00fy's ManZone tool... maybe players around 5 on there could be on the site? Higher the rating, better the chances of starting?

yeah i thought that to , i geuss we could do one site , for England and Scotland National Sides ...., anyway , i'll probably need to get an account first .... with php support. So that we can update easier ... also , i'll have a design soon for the site ... i'll let you see it , might be done today ,

I use a MySQL databse to store the player stats, and PHP to get the data and display it with HTML. phpMyAdmin is useful, although I could easily write a script to add, edit and delete data.

The other thing is, forgot to mention in my last post, is we'd need a GA to help. Maybe Nemesis but he might be too busy, maybe try WYorksRanger if Nemesis doesn't have the time... we need someone to verify the stats are correct and people arne't faking them.

Nemesis would still have the old player stats I'd imagine.

I added a bit to my last post BTW...

Also, I can get another free account (PHP support) with the host I have now, also MySQL support from another site. Or easier, just create another table on my current MySQL db.

Time consuming bit would be to get the first bit done... after that, it'd just be updating, after the beginning, it wouldn't be so bad. I hope. :D

What shall we have for the URL? We can just get a DotTK domain or CJB.net forwarding... and for the account name, not sure what to have. MZNS (MZ National Sides) or something?

About the URL, are you leaving the page as "mzns.html", or are you renaming it to "index.html" ? If you do the latter it'll be a shorter URL... I need to put in a URL for the TK domain. :)
