YELLOW CARD: Untrustworthy
Once again, my congratulations go out to the scotland NT team. I saw the game(despite knowing the score) and was impressed by their performance. they totally played their hearts out, and the crowd was amazing :rockman:.

And for domenech to place blame on the ball boys, its just laughable.

"When a team goes from reaching the World Cup final to losing at Scotland, a manager will try to blame many things — anything.

"I was disappointed with the ball boys for slowing down the game," France manager Raymond Domenech said after Les Bleus' 1-0 loss to the Scots on Saturday. "I think they may have been educated in that. It's regrettable that it was here in a country known for its fair play."

Domenech, who refused to select some players for astrological reasons, at least had Zinedine Zidane to pin the loss to Italy in World Cup final."

congrats to scotland... i said it before on this thread.

but no offence, seriously, i think scotland will have to improve a lot to qualify to the euro 2008. the victory against france was all about heart, but the scottish game was too poor. in the first half, for example, they were not even able to do 3 or 4 consecutive passes. they seemed more like luxembourg playing home rather than scotland. what i mean is there will be another games in wich the fighting spirit (and some luck) will be not enough. it's a very tricky group.

and honestly, for me, i prefer to see france loose and play like they did, rather than loose playing badly. so i can be optimistic for the next games. and i think we did a good game, away from home, against an opponent who is traditionally strong when playing home.

anyway, good luck for scotland, i honestly hope that france and scoland will qualify to the euro 2008! :)

I am glad anytime france loses :)

i understand you. even playing in europe with much more competitive opponents, france was almost reaching brazil in the top of the fifa ranking.

otherwise, i am glad anytime france teaches a football lesson to brazil like the 98' 3-0, 2001' 2-1 (confederations cup), and this last one 06' 1-0. :ewan:

You're gloating about the confed. cup win? God, we played our C team or something below that on the competition. Well, what can i say anyway. We suck against France.

yes i know it was a B or maybe C team. but france also played without barthez, thuram, zidane, trezeguet and henry. anyway, that felt good, and improve the statistics (and if i'm right that was when france reached the fifa ranking 1st place).
